Shaq Gets a THIRD Cybertruck

November 1, 2024

Have you seen one out on the road, in the wild, just yet? We’re talking about the Tesla Cybertruck. Some people love them, some not so much. Our man Shaq is obviously a big fan. He just took delivery of his third Cybertruck!

Along with the three Cybertrucks, the big man also owns another Tesla sedan, so that makes a total of four of the popular electric-only vehicles he owns. This latest addition to the O’Neal fleet was kind of a trade-in deal. Read on…

With homes in Las Vegas and also in Atlanta (where he does the TNT network program Inside the NBA, of course), Shaq didn’t want to be trucking his new fav Cybertruck between the two locations during different times of year, and where he happened to be working / playing at the time. So he ended up buying a shiny-new Tesla for both homes and garages. Talk about convenient!

Well, apparently that wasn’t enough. Now O’Neal has taken delivery of his third Cybertruck, and like we said, it’s the fourth Tesla he owns. This one is called the “Cyberbeast,” and it’s a full-on custom build by a company called Effortless Motors in California.

Honestly, we’re not sure where this latest beast is being housed or stored, but we’re on the lookout for it. Let us know if you spot it somewhere! Being a wide-body truck, the features added are much more than your normal truck and come in a variety to suit the biggest personality in town.

There’s not a lot of details available just yet, but it seems this latest Cybertruck joined Shaq’s garage when another of his collection was traded in. That was a supercar called “Shaqcat,” a Dodge Charger Hellcat edition.

The new Cyberbeast should be easy to spot: It’s been wrapped in a one-of-a-kind maroon sheathing, and it sports a huge rear wing. With a total of three electric motors, it blasts out an eye-watering 845 horsepower! Not sure where you could drive it to put all that power to use, but there you go.

With all this love from Shaq, the “Cyperbeast” version of the truck is getting plenty of attention. Tesla and companies that do the modifications are finding buyers from sports and luxury car enthusiasts. Hope you’ve got a huge chunk of cash for your very own!

As we’ve reported previously here on the ShaqFu Radio blog, O’Neal is a big – really big – fan of cars and other road-worthy beasts. Back when he owned the big house in the Orlando (Florida) area, the garage there was very much a new / collectible car showroom.

One of our favorites from that collection is a Shaq-sized all-black Rolls-Royce Phantom. A few pics of that one have been released on social media. Impressive, to say the least. But hey, it’s a Rolls. That car includes a lot of super high-tech bits of carbon fiber on the exterior, including spoilers at both the front and rear. Spoilers? Kind of a racecar thing… we’re wondering how this particular British super-luxury car might drive on the open road. We’re guessing it’s totally awesome.

Probably the most obvious upgrade – at least to those of us who don’t know cars particularly well – is the “Superman” logo on the front grille of the car. C’mon, it’s Shaq, right? We wouldn’t expect any less.
